Apa Itu Metode Shettles?
Metode Shettles dikembangkan oleh Dr. Landrum Shettles pada tahun 1960-an. Teori ini berdasarkan perbedaan karakteristik sperma pembawa kromosom X (perempuan) dan Y (laki-laki):
- Bergerak lebih cepat
- Tidak tahan lama (1–2 hari)
- Peluang tinggi jika berhubungan dekat ovulasi
- Bergerak lebih lambat
- Bertahan lebih lama (3–5 hari)
- Peluang tinggi jika berhubungan 2–4 hari sebelum ovulasi
